Aturan Terbaru Pembelian Minyak Goreng Curah dan Minyakita Jelang Puasa dan Idul Fitri 2023: Kementerian Perdagangan
Kementerian Perdagangan (Kemendag) merilis aturan baru mengenai tata cara jual dan beli minyak goreng. Langkah ini guna memastikan ketersediaan dan stabilitas harga minyak goreng rakyat.
Plt Dirjen Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Kementerian Perdagangan Kasan menjelaskan, Direktorat Jenderal Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Kemendag mengeluarkan Surat Edaran Nomor 03 Tahun 2023 tentang Pedoman Penjualan Minyak Goreng Rakyat.
Dalam aturan ini Kemendag menekankan kembali bahwa Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET) minyak goreng kemasan Rp 14.000 per liter dan minyak curah Rp 15.500 per kg. Selain itu, Kemendag juga mengingatkan kepada penjual bahwa penjualan minyak goreng rakyat secara bundling dilarang.
“Kemendag memastikan ketersediaan minyak goreng menjelang puasa dan Lebaran aman. Untuk memastikan stabilitas harga dan mencegah terjadinya kenaikan harga, Kemendag perlu mengatur pedoman penjualan minyak goreng rakyat kepada produsen, distributor, hingga pengecer,” kata Kasan dikutip dari keterangan tertulis, Minggu (12/2/2023).
Surat edaran ini dirilis pada 6 Februari 2023. Terdapat tiga butir pedoman yang harus ditaati produsen, distributor, hingga pengecer. Tiga pedoman tersebut adalah:
- Penjualan minyak goreng rakyat harus mematuhi harga Domestic Price Obligation (DPO) dan HET.
- Penjualan minyak goreng rakyat dilarang menggunakan mekanisme bundling dengan produk lainnya.
- Penjualan minyak goreng rakyat oleh pengecer kepada konsumen paling banyak 10 kg per orang per hari (untuk minyak goreng curah) dan 2 liter per orang per hari untuk minyak goreng kemasan Minyakita.
Kasan melanjutkan, semua pihak harus mematuhi pedoman penjualan minyak goreng rakyat ini. “Kemendag tidak segan akan melakukan pengawasan dan penindakan bagi para pelaku usaha yang mengabaikan peraturan ini”, ujar Kasan.
Menjelang puasa dan Lebaran tahun ini, Kemendag memastikan pemenuhan pasokan kebutuhan dalam negeri Domestic Market Obligation (DMO) minyak goreng rakyat, baik dalam bentuk minyak goreng curah dan minyak goreng kemasan merek Minyakita dan meningkatan jumlah pasokan minyak goreng DMO 50 persen lebih banyak per bulannya menjadi 450 ribu ton per bulan.
Kemendag juga mulai menghentikan penjualan minyak goreng rakyat secara daring (online). Penjualan minyak goreng rakyat, baik curah maupun kemasan Minyakita difokuskan ke pasar rakyat. “Penjualan minyak goreng rakyat, khususnya Minyakita melalui online untuk sementara dihentikan dan penjualan minyak goreng rakyat saat ini diutamakan di pasar rakyat agar terjadi terjadi pemerataan untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan menengah ke bawah sehingga dapat membeli minyak goreng rakyat dengan mudah dan harga terjangkau,” pungkas Kasan.
